Do you know of alternative chronic back pain treatments??? for a 70 year old woman. she is in bad pain.?

She takes a lot of drugs to get through the day but I would like to find out if there are other options out there even if they are unconventional. I think there should be something.

These Homeopathic Remedies would relieve her of her backache, without any side effects or complications, ARNICA +BRYONIA +RHUS TOX all three in 30 potency three times a day half hour before meals. Feel free to email me if the pain srtill persits or if you need to clarify or discuss anything.
Take care and God Bless you !

yoga helps, but for a 70 year old…. probably not….

I think it depends on what is wrong with her back….if she has a herniated/ruptured disk, or if she has a broken/fused vertebrae, there may be different alternatives. I got myself through a ruptured disk without surgery or very much medication by alot of walking and alot of back stretching…..doctors tend to want to do surgery or prescribe medication, but there are so many natural alternatives available these days….

It really depends on what's going on with her. Is she being treated for a particular injury? Has she had surgery? Etc. Etc. It's not really possible to give specific advice without more information. But in general massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture can all be very effective.

I'm a massage therapist, so of course I believe strongly in the benefits of regular massage. But the most important thing is to find a practitioner who is willing to work with her doctors (for example, it would never be advisable to stop traditional medications suddenly) and look at different alternatives with her. Another question is how open SHE is to the different alternatives.

But again, without knowing what is going on structurally, emotionally, etc., it would be irresponsible for anyone online to do more than let you know that other options do exist.

Please just make sure she had had the proper diagnoses. If she has been through proper diagnoses with traditional medicine, a good acupuncturist might be an excellent place to start.

    Best of luck!
