I have muscle pain in my back, thighs and legs?

There is burning inflammation, stiffness and tightness in these muscles. The pain gets worse as the day goes on. At night the pain disappears with rest. The doctor cannot find any medical cause. Can anyone recommend any homeopathic remedies or alternate medicine for my condition?

You're having muscle pain. Massage therapists are specialists for muscle pain, especially pain that gets worse with use. I would start by getting a massage to relax the muscles and improve the blood flow. Connective Tissue based massage styles (Myofascial, Rolfing, Structural Integration) and Neuromuscular Massage Styles (NMT, Trigger Point) may also get to specific issues in the muscle tissue to speed healing.

Physical Therapy may also be helpful, depending on exactly what is going on.

Acupuncture is also generally pretty good with dealing with pain issues.

I would also consider applying ice for 10-15 minutes at a time to reduce the inflammation.

Regular MDs have a hard time helping with muscle pain. A good chiropractor may be helpful. It could be that you have a pinched nerve. Considering the pain is in your legs, it could be sciatica, though that is usually Just n one leg. It could be a potassium deficiency–eating bananas helps with that. Sports cream and Ibuprofen are helpful, but you don't want to rely on that every day. I have written details on how to stretch to relieve sciatica and how to use hydrotherapy to relieve muscle pain. Here are the links.

mbt shoes can help you exercises that increase firming muscle.

Because of the specially designed sole, wearing MBTs significantly improves your gait and posture and relieves pressure on your joints and back. It also exercises a large number of muscles, whether you’re walking or standing. This, in turn, stimulates your metabolism, burns extra calories and speeds up muscle regeneration. In addition, MBTs can have a firming effect on abdominal, leg and buttock muscles.
