Question on heel pain .?

If heel spur is left untreated, can it heel naturally without using any remedy, injection or surgery?

    Mine did, but they tend to flair up and come back from time to time. I'm under the motto that you don't need doctors unless it is going to kill you. hahaha

    With heel spurs, just take it easy. Keep your feet elevated when you can. Wear comfy shoes and try to stay off your feet, or refrain from running or vigorus activity with your legs. Rub them out, and if it is unbearable, see the doctor. Take some asprin for the pain and soak your feet in hot epsom salt water.

    At least look into getting an orthotic. Sure, they are expensive, but they last a long, long, time.
