Possibly Kidney Stone? About 3 days ago I had pain in my very lower back, i want to guess my tailbone and?

The pain has slowly moved up my spinal cord and fanned out. It was just that, no sharp accute pains as i have read, it’s not even pain necessarily either, just this very dull uncomfortable feeling. I went to a doctor on the 2nd day, and that day in particular i woke up with a headache and stomach irritation. The doctor just took a simple urine sample and determined nothing was wrong with my kidneys, which was a temporary relief. However, now on the 3rd or 4th day (i’ve lost track), the feeling has shifted to just one side and further up i’m guessing near a kidney. Still no sharp acute pains just that dull uncomfy feeling which has gained a bit of strenght. Headache still persists, but seems to only be active when i look at the computer screen. Bowel movements seemed to be imaired just a bit. I have been drinking large amounts of water non-stop, and urinating whenever i feel the urge. Originally i assumed it to be a urinary tract infection, but no burning was associated with urinating?

Wouldn’t be a kidney stone, the pain occurs in the exact opposite way, starting from the flanks and radiating down to the scrotum. You have to determine if it is a bone, nerve or muscle problem in the back…like any trauma or heavy lifting, any inflammation…anyways, depending on your age, may have to get an MRI or x-ray to see.

Have you suffered any trauma? If not, it could be your intestines. If you’ve had a poor diet lately, you could be cramping a lot from constipation, and it can radiate all over your lower torso.
I’d go back to the doctor if it persists for more than a week. If you are constipated, over the counter fiber supplements are safe and effective.
