Lower back and weight?

I weight 400+ pounds and there’s a certain weight that hurts my back tremendously. I crossed that point and have major back pain. Well, I lost some weight because the pain wasn’t THAT bad and was able to exercise. After a trumatic experience in my life, I have gain a ton of weight. I’m not trying to make excuses for my gain, but I now have a hard time standing for more than 10-15 minutes. I need to get back into shape, but I need to help strengthen my back so I can exercise more. What are some suggestions?

    Heres a link that might be helpful. Ignore that detox spam. I know how you feel. Even when I put a smidge of weight on my back hurts. It once got so bad I couldn’t walk more than 2 blocks
