Upper back pain/spine pain?

I very recently (as of about 6pm) started having moderate pain in my upper back concentrated in my mid to upper spine (where the back arches out) it comes and goes a little, but is fairly consistent. it is a little bit uncomfortable to breathe deeply and I’ve completely lost my appetite.

any guesses as to why this is happening/what it causing this/how can I remedy this?
