Arthritis - Age and Progression?

Hi,

I’m a 22 male, non smoking, fairly active (not a sports guy, but the guy that walks very fast from place to place and makes sure he has his weekly jog and runs up stairs).

A month ago, my knees started to hurt, especially at evenings, and after a long day.
After a couple of days I’ve found myself shortening my showers because I just couldn’t stand so much time on my feet.

Two weeks ago, the pain spread to my hands, elbows, and legs.

Plus, I have to mention that my joins click a lot. After a 30 minutes sitting, when I walk nearly all the joints in my lower body click.

The joint pain feels from inside, and is like a sting.

At night, I put a pillow below my legs so they won’t be stretched; it makes my knees hurt.

I gotta say that none of the joints are swollen, red, hot or tender.

No known history of Arthritis in my family.

My main questions:

1. Could this be Arthritis, in my age?

2. Is it possible for it to spread so fast, and effect so many joints?

Thank you!

    1. It could be. Back around that age I started having the aches and what not from cracking knuckles, stretching too much, etc.

    2. No. At least not that I have ever witnessed.

Another possible issue may be shin splits or something. If you run a lot or normally put a lot of pressure on your heels there could be tiny hairline fractures that finally broke down due to persistant stress. If you are swelling up some, I recommend seeing a doctor soon.
