Lower back and Hip ache…?
I’m 17 and since working with young children I have been experiencing really painful lower back and Hip ache. The only ease from this pain is lying down (usually in bed) I don’t know what it is but pain relief pills don’t work…..any help?

it mostly could be something you sat on but it was too ahdr or something like that ,i have the same pain (since that stupid jet ski driver stepped on me when i was sitting in the water on the beach in Malaysia)
but it’s not that often ,it just starts when I sit too long once and the it never stops for like 2 weeks ,so i usually dont sit when it comes 
i went to a full body message the day right after that it helped me a little ,now it only hurts when i sit on something hard too long
and if some of the kids jumps on your back ,that could be the reason XP
