    After my ACL reconstruction, the most painful part was getting the range of motion back. Nothing to make you yell but there was discomfort.
    Physical Therapy might make you sore for part of the day. I will usually feel knee pain/tightness in the morning, but that fades quickly.
    If I have a day where I’m on my feet a lot by the end of the day my knee feels tired and weak.
    I’m 4 months after surgery and am probably 70% strength. I did the allograft.
