Can exercise help low back pain?

whenever I go for a couple of weeks without exercising and lifting weights I get low back pain. My back will start to feel stiff and when I exercise I feel great. However, I had a fall a couple of weeks ago which created a contusion on the bone next to my spine and pain went into my gluteus. Then the pain started to move around. My doctor said that that is a good sign as it is most likely muscular and not disc related. Now my lower back is aching but my doctor has me on no work/activity status. How do I know if the pain is my normal low back pain or related to my injury. He wants to send me to a physical medicine specialist buy that would require me to miss more work because the appt. is 9 days from now.

There are simpler methods to lose weight other than diet and exercise. You can have a supplement that rinses out the insides, you can lose up to twenty lbs this way – and the weight comes off in the correct places aswell! There is a risk free trial at http://tunach.weightcontrollive.info
