Snap in lower back?

The other day I bent over and there was a "snap" in my lower back and it was sore all day. The next day it was fine, and today i was stretching on the floor and it happened again! What is going on? Do I have a back problem or is it just muscular? I exercise alot, i.e. yoga pilates running. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have popped your back, to be on the safe side I would visit the Dr. If you hurt one of your disks, you would be in pain and it would not go away in one day. But it sounds like you are in good shape, which is a good thing. Good luck

It might be a problem. It might not.
I can’t tell on the spot…. though a doctor could tell you.

I get my joints cracking on a regular basis… on all parts of my body. It feels a bit awkward…. but it never causes lasting pain.
You might have a slipped disc or something.
