Exercises i can do at home. Like for example during watching t.v?

or when i wake up. also some stretches. because when i go out for my daily 1-2 hour walk i always get lower back pain. It’s driving me crazy so can any one give me. some stretches and exercises i can do while im at home. it will also be great if you could drop some links of youtube for example showing how to do the exercises and stretches. tyvm and god bless
Also.. should i use a heating pad for my back for example its hurting.. i dont have ice hot atm…. but i do have a heating pad =]

    Heating pads are great. Not for long periods of time though. Rotate heat and ice pack. Exercises to get ya going. Stand in one place for ten minutes and walk or run in place. Good cardio. Then, get a chair, sturdy one. Hold on pressing downward and stretch legs out. Set in chair and put weights or a really good sturdy book over top of feet and do leg lifts. It really works. You do not have to go to a fancy gym. Use good things around the house to help ya. I have lost 22 inches in 5 weeks. Email me and I will send ya the full plan. Good luck

    Sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, jump rope (if you have the space), etc. But why stay at home to exercise? Why not go outside and take a walk (or jog) around your neighborhood?
