What might be causing my extreme lower abdominal pain while jogging?

I’m 16 years old and I have recently switched from using an elliptical to using a treadmill because I would like to start jogging soon. I do my cardio after my workout. After about a minute of jogging at 7mph I start to have intense pain in my lower abs on the right and left sides, closer to the front. I also thought I might add that I drink about 2 glasses of water while doing my workout, if that matters. Any thoughts on what might be causing this is much appreciated! Thanks!

    Douglas B Says:

    That type of pain is usually from pinched nerves in your back. they can have enough release in them that they aren’t painful most of the time but after you get going on the jogging part the bounce you have puts enough pressure on them to become painful again. Here is how you can release your muscles in your back which should take care of the problem for you:
    Back::
    Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
