Joe, I suffered for years with a bad back and from that I can tell you it’s not pleasant to have that pain. while I never gave in to the pain I don’t feel I was ever at 100% for what I was doing. After having been through several treatments of p.t., continuous chiropractor visits, I was a minimum of 2x a month, and even acupuncture, I was never given what I felt was relief except of very short duration type, nothing long lasting. One year ago in Dec. I started doing muscle releasing and since that time, for over a year now, I haven’t had the need to even call the chiropractor my back and neck have been so good. So good that no matter what I do, if I would need anything done to them again I can easily do it myself. Here are the releases I did for my back and neck which helped me find something that I thought was gone forever, a painless body:
    Neck
Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and your fingers behind your head. Squeeze together and hold until the muscles release. Then slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
    Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

I hear that people with such pain have acupuncture and it really works as long as you go to enough sessions. Cocoa
