Cure For Lower Back Pain.net

I’m really sort of embarrassed by it, but here goes. For the past year I’ve had chronic diarrhea with random vomiting. It occurs right after a meal (but not after all meals, and not every day), about twice a week. Right after eating I get extreme pain in my lower abdomen. The pain is so bad that I can’t move, I just have to lay there on my bed and wait until relief comes in the form of diarrhea or vomiting. Also, during these episode I become very feverish, flushed and sweaty. I’ve been to the doctor on countless occasions and have lots of tests done. I’ve had two tests to see if I have ulcers in my stomach, I’ve had a hydascan done, an ultra sound and a CT Scan and they’ve come back normal. I’ve been treated for acid reflux with Prilosec (heart burn can cause the stomach to swell which could cause diarrhea) but the episodes continued. Has anyone ever had this or does anyone know of someone who has had this? Any idea what this could be?
About food intake; I wrote down what I ate right before I had an episode and when looking back at it there was no consistent food pattern. I will eat something that makes me sick, and then when I eat it again I don’t necessarily get sick.
