whats the best way to build up muscle in my pects, lower abbs and v-section?

i have been working out for about41/2 months now. i hav pects but like wen i just stand still they arn’t like firm/solid whatever what can i do to make them more muscley and bigger.

and lower abbs are a real pain like i do lower abb workouts but it doesn’t seem to be doin much like i know i hav flab but like its hardly any and i nkow that the lower part of the abbs are more inward than the other but how can i make it show more. (i’m starting spinning classes to reduce flab)

and my v-section it seems pretty muscular but i want it to be like noticeable

so wat type of exercises should i do. if u could explain them that would help lol thanks

    First of all, ya gotta stop eating apple pie before you go to sleep. It ain’t helpin’.

    Second. Be a man, you’re supposed to have a gut. Stop trying to be Matthew McConaughey cuz you ain’t.

    Third. Best thing for your abs is running. Run 3 miles before breakfast everyday for 6 weeks and you won’t look so sad in the mirror anymore.

    well im a boxer so i cant really suggest weights cause we dont really need em.

    but here are some normal exercises for pecs and abs

    Pecs: Try to buy perfect pushups if not then do normal
    do your push ups horizontal first
    next set do then at an angle( hands on floor and feet in chair)
    next set hands in chair and feet on floor
    (all of these work out top middle and lower pecs without the strain of lifting weights)

    also try to do wide pushup stance, and close pushup stance also

    for the abs try this small routine

    X amount of situps going half way up (from floor to halfway to your knees)

    X amount from your knees to halfway to the floor ( DO NOT TOUCH THE FLOOR!)

    X amount from floor to knees

    x amount of v situps

    (X is your choice i dont know how in shape you are)

    last set hold plank/pushup position (google) and hold for about 30 secs

    do these back to back no rest! this got me a 8 pack in no time and i never get hurt from a body shot rolf

    Do a lot of swimming.
    Its the best all around low impact exercise.
