What's causing my lower back pain?

For about two months now, I’ve had increasing lower back pain. The thing is, it never hurts until I lie down for a while, and then get back up. The getting up part is almost unbearable, and it takes me a few moments to successfully stand up.

The thing is, I have no idea what’s causing this. I’m only nineteen, I’m not overly active, nor am I overweight (I stand about 5’3" and weigh around 128 lbs). I’ve just bought (it’s been about two weeks) a new mattress in hopes that my back pain will go away, but it hasn’t. I also don’t have the money to just run to the doctor and this turn out to be nothing.

Anyone with any ideas? I could really use them!!

My lower back used to hurt so bad I’d want to lay on the floor thinking that would help…which it didn’t…my doctor is extremly thorough & he checked my kidneys, x-rayed my back…nothing there….for whatever reason he sent me for a pelvic ultrasound & they finally discovered the source of the pain….I had a HUGE ovarian cyst….it started pushing things out of the way & that’s why the pain was in my back….

How often does the pain come and go? Some women before, during or after their period get some lower back pain. Also, sometimes a new mattress may cause this. Also, I have a friend who is a C cup in bras and she’s 5’1. She ALWAYS has back problems because of that.

Did you do an activity (even once? Lifting, bending, yoga) that may have caused this? Do you drink plenty of water?

If pain persists for more than 4-7 days, consult a doctor. If you’re at a university, the university clinic visits are usually cheap

I discovered a couple of weeks ago that additional weight is not always due to additional fat, a great deal of extra weight is basically lying around in your pipes. I used a brand new supplement that is taking the population by storm, it flushes out your pipes. I do not comprehend how it works but I comprehend that I melted away 17 pounds and 5 inches off of my midriff! There is a risk free trial at http://savoly.foodplanonline.info

Back pain is down to many things.Thinking about your pain. Do you sit at a computer a lot?Is there something your doing which is different?Pain is often caused by a bad posture. Also a new mattress takes about six months to become comfortable.Teach yourself to get up by rolling onto your stomach, push up with your arms, and gently lever yourself off the bed.Take a painkiller if you must. But the most important thing, don’t let it continue without seeing a doctor. Your anxiety is not helping your problem.
