low back problems!?

my lower back has been in pain for about a week now. im not sure how it exactly happened but the trainer at my school thinks its because i "over worked it" i play lacrosse for my high school and have been out since last tuesday. it has gotten better, but when i run it starts to hurt and i get a sharp pain in my hip/thigh area. since its been so long my coach thinks im faking it, but im not! i really do wanna play but i dont want to take the chance of making it worse. what should i do? any stretches/ exercises to make it better?

A good chiropractor to do a spineal aligenment on you is all you need.

I started getting that too and I found out it was because I was holding my book-bag on one shoulder when it was heavy. Maybe you do the same?

Go to a chiropractor because you probably overstretched some muscle.Causing a spasm. They know how to treat it. Ask them how to do exercises to streghthen your back been there many times.

GO TO THE DOCTOR. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I play soccer. Mine got worse when I ran too, I thought I was fine and then my doctor did a CT and it turned out I have all this sh*t wrong with me, so go to the doctor just to check.

first you go to a doctor and get it checked out….then you get your coach reported for not taking care of people under their care….as far as treating it….stretching….massages..anti-inflammatories and rest are all good things that the doctor will tell you about…

No exercising or stretching…that will make it worse. The best thing you can do is bed rest until it feels better.

lay on the ground on your back and pull you legs up to your chest
