Cure For Lower Back Pain.net

Ive been having REALLY bad lower back pain. Like around my upper hip area, almost to the point I cant walk. I have a very stiff lower back pain, what could cure this? Should I see a physical therapist? it hurt when i stand up, bend, flip over on bed, etc.. Need advice from you please. a few exercise moves are undo-able.
